第16回Asian Test Symposium(ATS’07)が10月8日から11日，第8回Workshop on RTL and High Level Testing(WRTLT’07)が10月12日から13日に北京で行われました．コンピュータデザイン研究室からはATSで市原先生，吉川先生，WRTLTで吉川先生と岡さんが発表されました．市原先生の発表内容は”Test Compression / Decompression Based on JPEG VLC Algorithm,”，吉川先生の発表内容は”False path identification using RTL information and its application to over-testing reduction for delay faults,”と”RTL don’t care path identification and synthesis for transforming don’t care paths into false paths,”，岡さんの発表内容は”An Extended Class of Acyclically Testable Circuits,” です．
